The house is located in the town of Orbicciano.
It is an elegant farmhouse made entirely of stone, immersed in the green hills that separate the historic city of Lucca from the Versilia sea.
Surrounded by olive trees, oaks, holm oaks and flowering plants, it offers a breathtaking view of the hills.
The outside is very pleasant: you can have lunch under a pergola and you can use the barbeque.
The house is spread over 3 levels. You enter a welcoming living room with fireplace, to continue towards the fully equipped kitchen.
On the upper floors you can find 2 master bedrooms
