Luca’s House is a large farmhouse organised on 3 floors, ideal for large groups of friends or for one or more families wishing to share a relaxing time together.
On the ground floor is a beautiful living room area with a fireplace, a traditional Tuscan-style kitchen, a dining room and a small bathroom. Outside is a lovely pergola with a dining table sheltered by a lush jasmine plant.
On the first floor are two double bedrooms with private en suite bathroom (one with a shower and one with a bath tub/shower) and a small living room.
On the second floor are two more double bedrooms and one bathroom with shower, plus a third large double bedroom with an en suite bathroom communicating with a smaller bedroom with two beds (perfect for children).
