Guests will immediately fill right at home as they walk through the large entrance hall of Villa Cenami Spada. French windows lead out from the drawing room onto a terrace with tables and chairs overlooking a small walled formal garden with view over the hills of Lucca beyond. A few steps lead down to an extensive lawned terrace and the swimming pool rimmed with borders of old roses, irises and hydrangea bushes. On the first floor is a long corridor with six individual doors to the bedrooms all of which have a splendid view. They have been decorated in an elegant country house style and are filled with family portraits and other antiques.

Luca’s House is a large farmhouse organised on 3 floors, ideal for large groups of friends or for one or more families wishing to share a relaxing time together. On the ground floor is a beautiful living room area with a fireplace, a traditional Tuscan-style kitchen, a dining room and a small bathroom. Outside is a lovely pergola with a dining table sheltered by a lush jasmine plant. On the first floor are two double bedrooms with private en suite bathroom (one with a shower and one with a bath tub/shower) and a small living room.

The house is situated in the charming town of Orbicciano. It is an elegant farmhouse constructed entirely of stone, nestled in the lush green hills that separate the historic city of Lucca from the Versilia sea. Surrounded by olive trees, oaks, holm oaks, and blooming plants, it offers a breathtaking view of the hills. The exterior is delightful; you can enjoy lunch under a pergola and make use of the barbecue.
